The Toyota Innova Hycross is running the numbers in the strong hybrid segment, followed by the Maruti Grand Vitara and then the Toyota Hyryder

  • The Toyota Innova Hycross was the highest selling strong hybrid vehicle in Q2 2023.

  • It accounted for nearly 50 percent of the total strong hybrid sales in that period.

  • The Maruti Grand Vitara came in second, while the Toyota Hyryder came in third.

  • The Toyota Innova Hycross currently has a 10- to 12-month waiting period in most cities.

If there was ever any doubt whether the new Toyota Innova Hycross will be showered with flowers and welcomed with open arms the same way its previous generations were, those suspicions have now been put to rest. The sales numbers for the second quarter of FY 2023 are out, and the Innova Hycross triumphed in the strong hybrid section, beating the Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyryder and Honda City.
