Maruti has achieved this feat in a record time of 40 years and 4 months, and claims that this milestone is the highest for any Suzuki production base globally.

Maruti Suzuki has undoubtedly been the most successful car maker in India yet. The carmaker has broken many records in the past and this time they have created a new record of crossing 3 crore production units in 40 years and 4 months since they started manufacturing cars in December 1983.
