The last week of May was peppered with launches and updates of upcoming cars. It also witnessed a couple of SUVs being spied for the first time, though dressed in heavy camouflage. Maruti Reveals Important Figures Of The Jimny

After revealing almost all details of the 5-door Jimny, Maruti recently shared Indian buyers’ most sought-after numbers of cars, in this case pertaining to the offroader. Although the Jimny will be offered with just a petrol engine (with two gearbox options), those picking the auto ‘box will also not be spending a lot on fuel.
MG Comet EV Deliveries Begin

MG has introduced its smallest EV, the Comet, in India. The electric car is available in three broad variants – Pace, Play and Plush – priced from Rs 7.98 lakh to Rs 9.98 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India). Its deliveries have now started in a phased manner.
Mercedes-AMG SL’s India Return Confirmed

If you have always been a fanboy of the Mercedes-Benz SL roadster, it’s time to rejoice as the carmaker has announced that it will soon bring back the iconic nameplate to India. Its comeback will certainly be hugely appreciated, as it’s returning after a 12-year hiatus.
Tata Altroz CNG Enters The Market
We first saw the near-production model of the Tata Altroz CNG at the Auto Expo 2023. Fast forward to May, and the carmaker has introduced the hatchback with the alternative fuel option. It gets some new equipment, and features some new technology too.

2023 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Launched

Mercedes-Benz has introduced the facelifted iteration of its A-Class nameplate in India. With the refresh, the carmaker has stuck to offering it in the same two body style options as before: sedan and hatchback. That said, not all variants of the A-Class have been launched just yet.
Hyundai Confirms The Launch Date Of The Exter

The Exter will be Hyundai’s next significant launch in India. After confirming its ‘dashcam with dual camera’ setup, the marque has now affirmed another “most-wished-for” feature of the micro SUV. On the sidelines of this feature’s confirmation, the carmaker even announced when the Exter will go on sale.
Aston Martin DB12 Breaks Cover
Aston Martin has now taken the wraps off the DB12 – the first of a new generation of sports cars expected to roll out in the next few years from the British carmaker. Although there’s been a major revision in the heart of the sports car, we bet you won’t be complaining with the new unit either.
Facelifted Tata Nexon EV Spied
Tata has been testing the facelifted Nexon for a while on Indian roads as multiple spy images and videos have surfaced online. It now seems like the carmaker has begun trial runs of the facelifted Nexon EV as well, as its test mule was recently seen on the roads, showing a few interesting details.
8th-generation BMW 5 Series Unveiled

One of the most spied models overseas in recent times was the eighth-generation BMW 5 Series. The carmaker has now revealed the sedan, which also gets an all-electric iteration (i5) for the first time. The ICE model will go on sale globally this year, while its India launch is expected sometime in 2024.
