2024 Hero Destini 125 Launch Date Confirmed

We have known for some time now that Hero MotoCorp will be updating the Hero Destini 125 soon. And now the manufacturer has sent us an invite for the first ride of the updated model, happening between September 6-7, 2024 and the scooter will be launched during that period. 

We already know quite a few details about the 2024 Hero Destini 125 from when a patent and rendered image were leaked earlier. The updated scooter gets a more boxy design language compared to the current model along with a sleeker tail section. It gets a triangular headlight, apron mounted indicators and a completely redesigned front apron with sharper design lines. The scooter gets a new external fuel filler cap, cubby hole, chunky grab rail and a pillion backrest. The scooter is expected to get all-LED lighting and it’ll also get a redesigned exhaust.

The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and a monoshock. The scooter will come equipped with a front disc brake for the first time while the setup at the rear will likely be a 130mm drum brake. It will most likely be powered by the same 124.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine delivering 9.12PS and 10.4Nm found in the current model. The upcoming 2024 Hero Destini 125 is expected to cost about Rs 5,000 more than the current model’s Rs 86,538 (ex-showroom New Delhi) price tag. Its rivals will be the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125, TVS Jupiter 125, and Fascino 125.
