It’s been around six months since I bought the Honda Shine, and overall the experience has been fairly1decent. The bike is comfortable for daily use and the mileage has been consistently good, which is honestly1the biggest positive so far. However, there are a couple of issues that are starting to concern me. The main one is the motorcycle engine management warning light. It keeps appearing every now and then. I have already1shown this issue to the showroom service team, but even after their checks, the warning keeps coming back1every other week. Since it is related to the engine management system, it does make me uneasy, even though the1bike usually runs fine. At times, when this warning shows up, the bike also makes an unusual sound, which adds1to the concern.The second issue is related to gear changes and the speedometer. Sometimes when I try to change1gears, it feels like the system triggers twice. On a few occasions, the speedometer does not show any reading1at all, even while the bike is moving. This does not happen all the time, but it happens often enough to1notice. One more problem I have noticed is with the headlight. The light output feels weak and is not clearly1visible at night, especially on poorly lit roads.

I own this bike since 2014.This is a 125 cc bike which is good in power, It gives a mileage of me at starting around 48kmpl even at present it is1stood on its rating and giving me a mileage of 37-38 kmpl. It has a good power according to the needs of my area which is like having some desert. I am impreesed with its engine It works totally fine. I had done its full service 2 times after buying , Its engine is smooth and produces very low sound and vibrations. It is comfortable and seat is good can carry easily 3-4 persons . The bike is also lightweight and don't needs much maintenance costs. The service of the brand is also very excellent. The only thing which didn't satisfy me is that On high speed more than 70km/hr I feels more vibrations in it which is a bad thing in emergency. Its suspensions are also good which absorbs shocks. Overall it's good for daily use, and for more mileage needed persons, It can be buyed for older persons for comfort. I think Honda should work on its shocks after more speed, and should add some modern new features. Buy it it is a good bike according to me.

it's a great bike if you are looking for daily commuting. bike will give you great mileage 50-55 easily without any issue.if you are someone who is looking for fun to ride bike then don't go for it if you rev it hard you are gonna lose mileage more than 60 kmph the engine get heated so much and you can feel the vibrations also on the foot peg their should be more refinement in the engine and all 1-2-3 gears are short but 4 gear is long you are gonna definitely miss the 5th gear as well their should be a proper gearing ratio unpleasing experience after 60 kmph for brand like honda it's not worthy.seat comfortable is great...i have hero honda passion plus also it si 14 yrs old bike but after 55 kmph i feel like the engine way more better than honda shine...the bikes are today getting more styles but in build quality and durability of bikes are getting low day by day they are selling their products on the name of brand only.

Honda Shine 125 Reliable, mileage King, low cost bike, not exciting, but very practical and long-lasting. If you want, I can compare it with.

The bike pick up is average but mileage is wonderful, if we take it for long rides it will be the best.

Engine performance in vary nice, comfortable seat, mileage is approx 60/km, build quality is best.

I was purchased my honda shine bi 6 model last august whence the begining month itself i found some abnormal sound and vibration from back shock absorber, Several time i visited the service center and finaly they found the issue and changed the shock absorbermoreover that past 3 months itself iam sufferings over heating of the vehicles and i done more than 15 calls to the honda call center and several services from the service center but till date the technical team unable to identified the root cause of the issu and i demanded honda r&d team support for the rectification but till date iam suffering related to the over heat of the bikedue to my continued calls the call center team of honda now not desponding then i start to write the mail finally they are blocked my mailswhence the bike riding in traffic with in 15 km speed the engine overheating and unable to ride more than 10 km due to the heavy heat related unsafe conditions

Manufacturing defect found but no response from dealer after sales waiting for their response, If not raise a complaint on product in consumer court with dealer & brand for delivering a product without proper qc check by the honda company.👎.

Not satisfied, Fuel tank cap not shutting, While running engine is going off and on and jerking and stop in middle of road in trafficwhile running, Gear problem when applying sudden break shifting from 3rd to 1st is problem earlier i rode passion for 17 years and was fully satisfied but bought honda bike seeing reviews.

I had a very bad experience with the honda shine bike front suspension is very poor.I have got repair done so many times.My bike is running just 2000 km i had to repair the engine as well that could not expect brand like honda.

It was my first bike to rode.I remember how many times i fell on that bike to learnt, It was my uncles bike my father insistied to learn on that beacause it has both engine on and kick rod so that i can learn both at a time it has perfect weight to balance for a beginner, After 3 weeks of learning i am able to operate it nicely, It has sutable gears for my city better pick up with both kick rod and engine start button it is handy the mileage was perfect to go to relatives home, Movies etc in one fuel up.Even though i fell many times the bike has no major physical damage, The bad things about the bike would be it has to change engine oil in regural intervals, Need to go to check up and repair oftenly becuase it has been used a lot.

The bike is very smooth and comfortable for daily use The engine feels refined and there is very less vibration even on longer rides Mileage is one of the best things about this bike i easily get good mileage which makes it perfect for daily travel and saves fuel The seat is comfortable and riding posture is also very relaxed so even traffic rides are not tiring Maintenance cost is low and Hondas service network is reliable The bike starts easily even in the morning and overall build quality feels solid If you want a simple reliable and fuelefficient bike for everyday use Honda Shine is a very good choice Totally worth the money
