Hey there, both are good bikes in the 125- 150 cc segment. They both are great commuter bikes with decent average, however the Honda unicorn leads in average. Bajaj V15 has a slightly better pick-up and of course a good attractive look and feel to ride especially with a bulkier tank. The fuel capacity is also larger than on unicorn. The build quality of Honda seems to be better as evidently its a Japanese company. Overall if you want to go for a bike with decent mileage, looks great exhaust note and better fell of riding then go for Bajaj V15. If you only want a bike with good mileage, light-weight and hard built, go for unicorn.

Look, some people are biased on some brand positively or negatively. So, they would just say GOOD or BAD to all variants from the company of their bias. Ignoring that, I would say both bikes are equally good; though I would give V15 a small advantage due to its retro cafe racer looks which I find very appealing. I for one chose the V15 over Unicorn and after 2 years, I am happy with my decision because I don't take too much care of my bikes and yet this has not given me any trouble yet. Cost of spares and maintenance is also low

Hey! Well, both bikes have their own feasibility. V15 has a good manoeuvrability and an excellent balance & stance.Its better in terms of performance with an appealing exhaust note. V15 also looks pretty attractive and has more road presence. However Honda CB Unicorn has a more refined engine with less noise and is very smooth. It also feels lighter and small but does not have a great road presence. I'd suggest you to take a test ride.

Hey there! Different bikes offer different deals. It basically depends on your need and feasibility. Honda bikes have one of the most refined engines with good build quality, but its pretty costly and even the spares are expensive. Their bikes cannot take the hard Indian roads beating(alloy bends often). Whereas Bajaj bikes are pretty rugged and can take good beatings. The are actually meant for Indian roads. The only drawback I feel is that they don't offer good service to their customers as they should. Hero bikes on the other hand are simple and not too costly, but they're not appealed much apart from their low cc segment bikes. Hero bikes offer an excellent mileage though. All bikes have their own pros and cons irrespective of any make. What you have to decide is what suits you best. Thanks

Hey there! Both bikes of Bajaj are good. However, they both have their own pros and cons. V15 is a perfect commuter with good average and maneuverability. It has a 13 liter tank. The ride height is also low. Pulsar on the other hand has little better pick-up compared to V15 and has a longer seat. Its not very easily maneuverable though. The looks of V15 are a bit more catchy and attractive. Pulsar does creates some abnormal sounds from its chain kit which gets annoying after some time. So be sure of your use and then decide.

Pulsar 150 is a bit more powerful than V15 and yes, it also has more features. If you are little short V15 would be good for you otherwise Pulsar 150. V15 is a cafe racer type and Pulsar 150 is a sports type. Headlight and the exhaust sound of v15 is better than Pulsar 150. V15 is little cheaper than Pulsar 150. Other than that there is not much main difference. So, in my suggestion you can prefer based on your height, then your personal look of both the vehicles.

Yes, compared to other bikes in this segment V15 is pretty comfortable. I've personally done many long rides on my V15, even a 24 hours ride non-stop in one go. The handling is way better than other bikes because of its seating position. The bike is easy to maneuver in traffic. It is worth for the price as a daily commuter. Pulsar has a little better performance but not a very good average. Every single bike has its own pros and cons. No bike is perfect.

Hero's bikes are only known for its less price and better mileage..But if we talk about v15 it's price is not much high but it's a 150 cc bike. So it's mileage is about 45 .But it has a better engine than hero's bikes and you know that the strong engine has better life....It's all on u that what you wants. ---- a better engine or a better mileage.

You have a good budget. I would suggest not to go for either. Hero without Honda has lost everything it once was to Honda actually. So, don't spend 90K on Hero because its not worth. V15 for daily 100 kms ride would be extremely uncomfortable from personal experience.Explore options with Honda or TVS. You have the Apache RTR which can fit in perfectly to your requirements. Hero bikes are no doubt good in terms of mileage and they can be rugged too. Bajaj V15 on the other hand has on road presence and looks with decent mileage and power. The maneuverability is also great on V15. Hero bikes have low maintenance.

Hi everyone, I am planning to take a bike between 150cc to 160cc segment and this is my first bike, even i am totally a new rider, my office is around 25kms(Kolkata traffic) from my home, but I am bit confused between 3 bikes, Suzuki Gixxer ABS, Honda X Blade ABS and Bajaj V15. I have 2 requirements, first one is mileage and second one is long ride performance, also I can go for some extra bucks if my all these requirements met, please suggest the perfect option for me..

I'd advise u to go with the v15, I've owned it for 2 years along with a KTM 390 and the full change of parts and service+ labour is 40 percent cheaper than the Duke's 1st free service, the parts are dirt cheap and any mechanic can fix it, it's also very light and has a good mileage of around 50 kmpl, the engine is tractable and u can ride 5th gear at 40 kmph!!
