Pros : Perfect family car...lot of space and good comfort. Powerful 1.2l engine , easy to handle , wide door , good suspension , good ground clearance , head lamp visibility is good , smooth gear shift , average mileage , killer boot space ..best in segment , looks good , wide mirror , leg room and kneene room is good , good stability and low maintenance .Overall it's a practical car .Cons:Fixed head rest , No rear a/c vents , a/c cooling takes time to fill in the cabin , plastic quality is not that great , Built quality is average , no alloys , music system is not good only two speakers , rear headrests is fixed , ties support is not that good no telescopic steering wheel , seat height adjustment is missing , no rpm meter for vxi varients..and no automatic climate control.Over all its one of the best car under 7 lacs and in Hatch back segment and also one of the best selling car in this segment. It mainly focus on practicality in Indian road conditions and attracts family buyer's. Als preferred for people who need lots of space , comfort , relaxed drive in city conditions and who are looking for easy to drive car. Stay safe and drive safely.

2005 model Lxi now re registered hardly run for 40K kms. no major repairs, air conditioner cooling coil replaced. regularly changing oil, oil filter etc. The car is fuel efficient giving around 18 to 20 in high ways, 14-15 in city. I am not a spirited driver. But occassionally for a short sprint the car is good. But not good in twists & corners. Mainly used as a family car. Originally came with power steering, ac & all door electric lock (not central lock I think). I affixed reverse camera, display & sony stereo & 4 speakers. The car still drives smoothly even after 15 years. I love the practicality though not thought about it the time of buying.

I bought this car on end of the april2019. for my holidays spending i driven 3000 km in a month. Car was quite good. And looking , spacious. I mostly drive rural and hill sides of kerala. My version was 1.0 l vxi. For a middle calss family this is affordable. And old age parents get in and get down very easily. On hiways i got 19.7 kmpl on traffic time. Up to 3000 km running (included 4000 ft) hill station ride i got average on 18.5 kmpl with ac. Only one thing i dont like well the engine noise will hear inside the cabin and rest of all i am happy with wagon r 2019. Sreemanikandan v.kKerala

Its having very good space for driving which provide a comfort driving.Good in mileage about 17 on a/c.Best part is low maintenance and worst part is pickup and cooling.Overall it is good because it is very economic and very good for small family.Its build quality is normal and safety part is also average.Good feature inbuilt and very good in sale and service.Its having service centre every where in india even in rural areas.

I am driving a wagonr duo since last 10 years and is quite happy with its performance.Faced very less issues wrt to engine.The only grey area is ac which is not powerful the front gets cooled but not much for people sitting in rear.

Body balance was not so good, Ac was not sufficient, Seats are comfortable for front passengers compared to rare, Noise cabin underrated vehicle, A decent amount of mileage 20 on highway and 17 in city

Extremely happy with mileage ~ 21.5 kmpl on long-distance (about 2/3 highway). Maintenance - no major issue, only routine maintenance is done following the schedule. Easy to steer with just enough power. However, l feel it's a bit more sophisticated for my habit of driving my personal Eeco 5 seater a/c on all roads. Excellent car for city as well highway but not too good for rough roads with its soft suspension.

My wagon r vxi is 2012 model, It is petrol and manual transmission version.During this period my average maintenance cost is minimum.Recently the machine travelled 1100 kms.Mostly on highway, It gave 17 kmpl.Average with ac on, Which is is decent one.

Overall wagon r is a good vehicle for long drive, City drive, Ac is very good.Now a days this vehicle is coming with many features which required now a days.Abs and ebd is required specially in this vehicle.
