Exactly..1l is more than enough in case of power n mileage n less buying cost than 1.2. 1.2 gives not a noticeable pickup and also even lags in hills. Apart from all 1.2 lessens your economy by drinking petrol. More acceleration more fuel wastage. 1L continue the smooth silent but a beast in highways since 2010 n overpowers in new model by reducing kerb weight tooo

RAJEEV · Answer

I had a 997 cc Daewoo Matiz which was used for more than 10 yrs. The acceleration would drop noticeably when the AC was put on. It affects judgement while overtaking a vehicle. My second car is Hyundai i20 Magna, 1200 cc. which i have been using for 11 years now. Till date the acceleration remains same when it was new even after the AC is put on. My conclusion: 1200 cc has more power than 997 cc. I am not talking about turbo engines.

Anyway 1000cc output is the best than1.2. It has roaring power in highways after 60 kms speed with awesome mileage. 1.2 has not much difference in power but it's a drain of pocket. I have both cars...

Sravan · Answer

1.0 is value for money, economical... when you want to buy a small car, let it be a small car... not much of a difference between both, moreover 1.0 gives you a good mileage. My choice is 1.0
