Ampere Magnus EX Warranty User Reviews

My father bought a electric bike from ambere in karur in 2022 with in a year it hed charger problem and even they replaced it.Two months and still they did not replace it.This company does not even care about the users only if they service it five times in a year they will get warranty.They bill not less then thousand rupees for a service.How can a common man? this electric bike can be purchased at ??? contact no:868****140.

Before 1year i have purchased magnus ex 1 year was good but now extend warranty price is too high at the time of puchase they said 3500 but now 5350 and not sure about the warranty will extend or not worst experience with ampere do not buy please
