Its is the worst electric scooter available in india today.I purchased one in july 2020 and from the 3rd month it started giving issues.I took it to the workshop they tried and they could not rectify the issues.While riding sudenly the motor gets cut off and there is no power.Sometimes suddenly the vehicle switches off.Sometimes the vehicles in ignition off state the lights and meter console gets on.Major problem is the power of the motor gets cut off while riding.

Worst scooty i have ever driven.1.Cheap quality plastic 2.I drove just 1000 kms and i faced handle issue.Handle got loosened and link between handle and below portion is lost.3.On the second day itself problems started with horn, Head light, Drls, Indicators etc.Technician checked and said that controller is not working4.Not getting claimed mileage.

I have purchase magnus ex before 1 year i can't suggest any one to buy this worst product, Poor material is used in vehical.Switches, Charging, Light issues are normally is thi e-vehicle, Every month i have to go to company for repairing, And now there is no trained machenics in the service center.Very very disappointed by this product.
