From seat belts, car seats for infants and small children, remote control locking to air bags, energizer jump starter, gear locks system, displays, parking sensors and much more, your cars are well equipped with the latest technology to provide you with utmost security and also to reduce the possibility of you being seriously injured in any kind of unfortunate accident.

What your car now needs to be equipped with is the new vibrating seat alert. If don't have it yet, it's time you get it! For this new seat alert from John Morrell, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Yale University, alerts the drivers when there are other vehicles in the car's blind spot, and other hard-to-see spots around the rear of the vehicle; thus reducing the number of accidents.
This smart system uses vibrating cell phone motor, which is embedded in the driver's seat. So when any vehicle moves behind or beside your car, sensors will send a message to your seat, which will lead to vibration in the driver's seat on the corresponding (left or right) side of the driver's back.

Say if the other car is on your right side, your right side will receive a push and this method should prove to be rather effective than the most common visual warnings you get through displays. The intensity of this particular vibration is similar to the one you might experience while playing a live videogame or the morning alarm of your cell phone. Investing in this system seems like a good idea because it could also save you a lot of money on car maintenance by helping you avoid minor scratches or dents.
