Tesla’s successful run has continued into 2020 as CEO Elon Musk has revealed on Twitter that the electric carmaker has produced its one millionth car in the form of the Model Y SUV. The Model Y made its debut back in March 2019 and Tesla commenced production of the SUV in January this year. It is the entry point to the EV maker’s SUV lineup. And yet, we still await the day the electric carmaker enters the Indian market.

Tesla also unveiled the radical Cybertruck EV pickup on November 22, 2019 via a live event in Los Angeles. Highlights include a design that looks straight out of a Cyberpunk virtual world and a bulletproof body that can resist upto 9mm shells. It also boasts serious off-road and pickup capabilities with a 35-degree approach angle, 28-degree departure angle, and towing capacity of  up to 14,000 pounds (6,350kg). It is also very efficient with an all-electric range of upto 500 miles (804km).
