All variants of the Magnite are affected by the hike.
It ranges from Rs 9,000 to Rs 33,000.
The Magnite is now priced from Rs 5.59 lakh to Rs 9.90 lakh.
Nissan has once again hiked the prices of the Magnite. This is the third hike for the sub-4m SUV since its launch in December 2020 at prices that undercut the entire segment. The Magnite is now pricier by as much as Rs 33,000.
The first hike saw the base-spec XE variant’s price go up by Rs 50,000. The second, which came more recently, saw the prices of the turbo-petrol variants increase by Rs 30,000. Only the non-turbo variants continued to be offered at introductory prices, until the end of March. Nissan has also not mentioned any changes to the top-spec XV Premium (O) Turbo which gets connected car tech unlike the rest of the lineup.

The Magnite’s introductory pricing ranged from Rs 4.99 lakh to Rs 9.59 lakh in December 2020. The hike now has it priced from Rs 5.59 lakh to Rs 9.90 lakh. It comes with 1.0-litre petrol and turbo-petrol engines with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard, and a CVT option for the turbo-petrol variants.
With an aggressive pricing and a decent number of features, the Magnite marks a strong position in a competitive segment which features the likes of Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Ford EcoSport, Renault Kiger, Mahindra XUV300, and Tata Nexon.
