The fastest sedan fever has been going around for quite some time and the Brabus Rocket currently held the mantle for the fastest sedan overall hitting an insane 365.7 km/h. Rival German tuning firm G-Power couldn't hold back anymore and came out with the M5 based G-Power Hurricane RS.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the G-Power Hurricane RS set a new record as the world's fastest sedan on the ATP High Speed Oval in Papenburg, reaching a top speed of 367.4 km/h. Although not by a big margin, but the Hurricane RS managed to snatch the title from the Brabus rocket.

Under the hood lies a V10 SK III RS twin-compressor engine. For this stage, the twin compressor system of the fast-revving V10 was redesigned again. Both belt-driven ASA T1-313 superchargers, each providing charge air for one cylinder bank, were replaced by larger ASA T1-316 models. They have the capacity to increase the volume of charge air by up to 25 percent but only a fraction of that was utilized in this engine. Further optimized mapping of the engine electronics also contributed to the increased power output of 750 PS, available between 7,500 and 8,000 rpm. The engine delivers its peak torque of a humongous 800 Nm at 5,000 rpm.

On the dynamics front the HURRICANE RS was equipped with a G-POWER 'HIGHLINE' body kit. In addition to producing the desired downforce has also been designed to supply much more cooling air. It consists of front and rear aprons, rocker panels and a rear spoiler lip. The stealth-look of the HURRICANE RS was chosen to do justice to its extraordinary high performance: The experts from folioCar covered the entire car with a carbon-fiber-matte FOLIATEC car body design film.

To handle the near two tons of weight and ballistic top speed the Hurricane RS is shod with G-POWER light-alloy wheels covered by 255/35 ZR 19 Michelin Pilot Sport SP2 tyres in the front and massive 305/30 ZR 19 section tyres at the rear.

If you think you have pockets deep enough to buy one, then you can order yours for 300,000 Euros 'only'.
