2015 Chevrolet Cruze launched In China

Unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show earlier this year, the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze has made its official debut in the Chinese market. Developed by General Motors global R&D team, this new Chevrolet model is drastically different from its predecessor – the Chevrolet Tru that it replaces.

The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze gets a narrow grille, sweptback headlamps equipped with projectors and a hexagonal secondary air damn.  The interior of the new model sports the dual-cockpit design and is finished in a dual-tone brown and black color theme. The 2015 Cruze features a leather wrapped three-spoke steering wheel and a MyLink II infotainment system with an eight-inch display.

In China, the 2015 Cruze is available with a 148PS 1.4-litre turbocharged engine and a naturally-aspirated 112PS 1.5-litre unit. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

There is no official confirmation from General Motors on whether this new model will make its way to the Indian roads just as yet.
