Lexus NX 350h Gets More Appealing With New Features And Exterior Colours

Lexus’s most affordable SUV in India, the NX 350h, has been updated with two new exterior colour options and a couple of new features. The prices of the SUV remain unchanged, starting at Rs 68.02 lakh (ex-showroom), and it is available in four trims: Exquisite, Overtrail, Luxury, and F Sport. Here’s a look at everything new with the Lexus NX 350h:

Price

Lexus has not altered the prices of the NX SUV. It is available in four variants, and here’s how they are priced:

• Exquisite: Rs 68.02 lakh

• Overtrail: Rs 71.88 lakh

• Luxury: Rs 72.79 lakh

• F Sport: Rs 74.98 lakh

Lexus NX 350h: The Updates…

On the outside, the NX 350h now comes in Radiant Red and White Nova shades. The White Nova hue is offered with the Exquisite, Luxury and Overtrail trims, while the Radiant Red shade is available with all variants except Overtrail.

The interior design is also the same as the previous model, but Lexus has added some new features, like hill start assist and an updated cabin filter.

Lexus has also claimed that it has improved the cabin insulation, which is expected to lower the overall NVH levels. Moreover, the climate control has also been tweaked to make it more efficient now.

Lexus NX 350h: Features

The Lexus NX 350h comes with a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital driver’s display, and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. It is also equipped with a coloured head-up display (HUD), dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, powered tailgate, ambient lighting, wireless phone charger and a panoramic sunroof.

In terms of safety, it gets 8 airbags (as standard), an electronic parking brake with auto hold function, a tyre pressure monitoring system (ADAS) and a Level-2 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) suite with features like lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control.

Lexus NX 350h: Powertrain

The Lexus NX 350h continues to come with the same 2.5-litre 4-cylinder strong hybrid petrol engine as before. It makes a combined output of 240 PS and 188 Nm from the engine as well as 270 Nm from the electric motor. Power is sent to all four wheels via an eCVT gearbox, and it is now E20 fuel compliant.
