Rajinikanth Gets To Choose From The BMW X7 And i7, Find Out Which One He Picks

Jailer, the Tamil movie starring superstar Rajinikanth and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, was released in theatres on August 10. It received positive reviews by critics and has been such a blockbuster that it has shattered all-time high records set by previous tamil movies. Within 15 days of its release, the movie has racked up over Rs 525 crores in total collection, which is the highest for any Tamil movie so far. 

As a token of gratitude for the effort and hard work behind Jailer, the movie’s producer, Kalanithi Maran, chairman and founder of Sun Pictures, has gifted Rajinikanth, director Nelson Dilipkumar and music director Anirudh Ravichander with spanking new rides. Even better is the fact that Maran gave them multiple choices before they picked their final one. 

Rajinikanth Picks A BMW

Rajinikanth was given the option of two fully top-end luxurious Bimmers: the i7 and X7. After briefly checking out both cars, the star actor picked up the BMW X7 with captain seats in the middle row for added comfort. We won’t complain about the star’s choice, but this author feels he could have gone for the i7 as it pampers rear-seat occupants with more amenities, especially that gorgeous theatre screen. 

Nelson Dilip Kumar Goes For The Porsche Cayenne 

The director of this blockbuster, on the other hand, had more choices when compared to Rajinikanth. He was presented with the BMW iX, BMW X5 and Porsche Cayenne. Quite a tough pick, considering how luxurious and enthusiastic all three models are. But after checking out all three cars, Dilip Kumar chose the Porsche Cayenne. Anirudh Ravichander Chooses… 

Anirudh Ravichander needs no introduction at all. The star music director was one of the major reasons behind Jailer’s success with all the groovy music and background scores. So it’s no doubt that he deserves a brand new ride and that’s what Maran gifted him. 

Anirudh, a known fanatic of cars, was shown the Porsche Cayenne, BMW iX and BMW X5. And out of the three, the Rockstar chose the keys of the Porsche Cayenne. An expected choice considering his taste in cars, which includes a BMW 3 Series and Ford Mustang.
