Honda Cars India has confirmed that the Elevate SUV will go on sale in India in September 2023 and deliveries will commence in the same month as well. Bookings have commenced from today onwards and interested customers can reserve it for a token amount of Rs 5,000. The Elevate is a brand new Honda we are seeing on our shores after a long long time.

The Honda Elevate gets a no nonsense design, with clean lines and upright touches. Even on the inside, the Honda SUV looks premium, with a floating touchscreen infotainment system. Fancy taking a closer look at the upcoming Honda SUV? Then head to our in-depth image gallery where we give you all the dope in 10 images.

In terms of features, the Honda Elevate gets all the essentials, including a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, semi-digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a single-pane sunroof and a wireless phone charger. Passenger safety is taken care of by six airbags, electronic stability control, and ADAS.

The Honda Elevate gets just one engine option: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated unit teamed with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT. A strong-hybrid Elevate will not be happening anytime soon as the Japanese marque will launch an all-electric version of this SUV in three years.

We expect the prices of the Honda Elevate to start around the Rs 11 lakh mark. It will lock horns with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq as well as upcoming facelifted Kia Seltos and Citroen C3 Aircross.
