Benelli has taken the wraps off the 2022 Leoncino 250 in the international markets and is likely to launch it in India sometime during the first quarter of the next year.
On the updates front, the Leoncino 250 now sports a cleaner BS6/Euro5-compliant 250cc single-cylinder motor mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Its output, though, remains the same: 26PS at 9250rpm.
Both its paint schemes -- the Black/Grey with Neon accents and White/Black with Neon accents -- now get slightly updated graphics as well. But apart from the aforementioned bits, the 2022 Benelli Leoncino 250 is identical to the predecessor. You get the same LCD, braking hardware and suspension bits as well.
Previously, the Benelli Leoncino 250 retailed at around Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Expect the BS6 model to carry a slight premium over it. Last but not least, Benelli has also commenced the pre-bookings of the TRK 251 and will reveal its prices later this month.
