After a long and arduous wait for fans, Renault has finally launched the new Duster at a price of Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom). From a butch exterior, premium interior to a long list of features, the new Duster has it all! But first, let’s go through its variant-wise pricing:

2026 Renault Duster: Price And Variants

Renault is offering the Duster in 5 variants, which are called: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, Techno Plus and Iconic. Furthermore, the carmaker is also offering a special ‘Iconic Launch Edition’ based on the top-spec Iconic variant limited to 2026 units which adds some cosmetic enhancements. Here is the detailed pricelist of the new Duster:

Notably, buyers who hold an R-Pass will also get an additional discount of up to Rs 40,000 depending on the variant chosen. The R-Pass can be bought till 31st March 2026.

2026 Renault Duster: Exterior

The new Duster gets a butch and rugged design philosophy, while also integrating some modern elements. At the front it gets a gloss black grille with ‘DUSTER’ lettering, a heavily clad bumper with silver skid plate and slim LED headlamps with DRLs and a black bumper applique.

In profile, it gets muscular haunches, a tall bonnet and rear door handles placed behind the window. There are also the 18-inch alloy wheels, prominent roof rails, and chunky cladding on the squared-off wheel arches. 

The rear-end features a simple look with a connected LED taillamp cluster with a ‘clear-lens’ effect and black casing. For added sportiness, Renault has given it a black roof spoiler and a black insert on the tailgate. Just like the front-end, the rear bumper also features thick cladding and a silver applique for better road presence.

2026 Renault Duster: Interior

Inside, the Duster features a Black and Green theme for the Iconic Edition. You also have a layered dashboard with a dual-screen setup for the infotainment and digital instrument cluster. The centre-console features a stubby gear shifter and toggle-like switches for the AC controls.

The equipment list of the Duster is quite long and includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with Google OS, 6-way powered and ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charger, ambient lighting, powered tailgate, 6-speaker sound system, air purifier, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and dual-zone climate control.

It also gets safety features like a Level 2 ADAS suite, 6 airbags, electronic stability control, hill hold assist, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, all-wheel disc brakes and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold.

2026 Renault Duster: Powertrain

Under the hood, the Duster is currently available with a choice of 1-litre and 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engines. The carmaker has also announced a 1.8-litre strong-hybrid option as well, which will be launched at a later date. Here are the specifications of these powertrains:

The new Duster goes up against other SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Victoris, Tata Sierra, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Honda Elevate, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Citroen Aircross and the upcoming Nissan Tekton.
