The Continental GT 650 is a Cafe Racer with its more aggressive seating position (leaning forward) which can cause back aches making it not suitable for long rides. The Interceptor 650 is a Modern Classic bike which is a more upright comfortable seating position making it suitable for long rides.Hope this helps! Happy riding!

I have a Classic 500 and an Interceptor, and I also ride 40km daily. For my daily commute, the Classic 500 is actually superior, due to better fuel economy. Interceptor is much better for long distance riding. If you only commute, I'd keep the 350.

INT 650 is good because of upright handle bar position. Same engine & Gearbox , Suspension setup. Expect tank & Handle bar all are same. I will recommend INT 650
