Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Ninja 300

Q. How is the mileage and service of bike? Does it vibrates or heats a lot? Please share your experience - Ninja 300?
  • According to my style of riding, It gives about 25kmpl in city and around 30kmpl on highway. May vary according to each person's style of riding. Vibrations? There are no noticeable vibrations altogether. But you might notice small increase in vibration while on 4 to 6k Rpm. Ninja 300 has one of the most refined engine in its segment. Heat management is excellent in the bike. Even in stop and go traffics, the bike excellently manages the engine temperature. : By Arun | 2 months ago
  • Haven't done a proper mileage test but in city it give around 25km/l. Heat management is excellent, even after driving in the evening peak Mumbai traffic you don't feel anything on your thighs/calves. It vibrate a bit around 5k rpm but else it's a roll. : By Subit | 3 months ago
  • I get a mileage of 32-35 in city. The bike is a parallel twin bike. It does not produce any vibration. The heat management is excellent in this machine. Trust me, take this for a test drive in the city and feel this for yourself. Well if you ride this over a puddle or in rain and if the water reaches the engine, you can see the steam. You can imagine how hot the engine might be. But trust me, the heat management is so good, you won't even know about this : By Sumit | 5 months ago

  • This issue starts after say 5000 kms. They say it is because of the tyres wearing out. I am facing it too. It shakes only when you ride it without holding the handlebar. : By Prasad | 1 month ago
  • No it doesn't all machine. All ninja 300 bikes handle shaking when speed cross 60km/hr. It's solutions never got from ninja service provider's. Thank you. It's a great machine no doubt and also aggressive price point. : By RAJU | 10 months ago
Q. I want to buy Ninja 300, as it is my dream bike. But in my city Kasargod (kerala) there is no service center. How can I buy?
  • I would not recommend as if you get into some starting trouble then you have to take your bike to the service station by yourself I think they cover only 300 kms of road assistance and that too for the first 1or 2 years : By Goutham | 10 months ago

Q. I have been using KTM RC 200 it is thrill to ride but I am looking forward to buy 300 cc bikes which one should I go and why please help me out I had Ninja 300, R3and CB 300R in mind or any launch that I can wait and go and I feel R3 little expensive over Ninja is it okay to go still?
  • Yamaha R3 is a definite yes. However V3 of the yzf R3 is expected to launch by the year's end. Ninja 300 on the other hand is a big disappointment as the brake calipers are all changed, tyres aren't what they are supposed to be and nor do they have USD suspension. And as for the 300r, we can just wait for it as it is also a very reliable machine. Hands up for the Yamaha R3 any day. : By Dev | 4 months ago
  • The ktm motorcycles are all single cylinder motorcycles hence they are priced aggressively. The R3 and ninja are both twin cylinder engines. Initial pickup of ktm is no doubt more because the engine has been tuned that way (hence lower mileage) but in a longer run the R3 and ninja will beat the ktm 390 and achieve higher top speeds. On paper at least. : By Tanay | 6 months ago
  • Yes..Extremely smooth engine of R3 will b**w your mind..You will enjoy every ride.Bottom end & midrange power is best in R3.It is the best'looking bike also..Close your eyes & go for R3..All the best : By Nirupam | 7 months ago
