Features: The Carens Clavis EV comnes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated front seats, 64-colour ambient lighting, cruise control, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, wireless phone charger, panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, keyless entry. Safety is taken care of by six airbags, a 360-degree camera, level-2 ADAS, a dashcam with dual camera, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill hold assist and tyre pressure monitoring system. Motor: The Clavis EV comes with a 51.4 kWh battery pack, and a 42 kWh battery pack. The bigger one offers up to 490 km of claimed range, while the smaller one has a claimed range of 404 km. Its electric motor produces 171 PS and 255 Nm, capable of going from 0-100 kmph in 8.4 seconds. The Clavis EV can be charged from 10 o 80 percent in under 39 minutes (with a 100 kW charger).

Rivals: The Clavis EV does not have any direct rivals, but competes with electric SUVs from the compact segment, such as the Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, and Tata Curvv EV. It will also serve as an affordable alternative to the BYD e Max 7.
