I decided to buy a passion pro last year as my uncle in village has been having it for a few years now and i liked the ride especially it is tall and its suspension.However, I have to say i made a bad decision.The bike switches off frequently in low speeds.There has not been a single ride in the last year when it did not switch off at least once.I do only 2 to 7 kms ride utmost everyday.I checked with two others in my apartment who have bought the same bike within the last one year and they have the exact same complaint and same frustration.I tried to find some patterns on when it goes off but unfortunately could not.It needs 100% precision in handling the clutch and gear which does not allow you to think any but this while riding.Riding is not pleasure anymore.Also the gear shifting is noisy and not smooth.Passion pro used to be good but not the versions we get now.Don't waste your money on this bike as i am already thinking of selling it off.

Very worst experience with the bike.The bike battery is dead within 8 months.Whenever we ride bike in traffic, Suddenly the engine shuts down and everyone from behind started shouting.Lets say, If you cross a road in hurry burry, The bike shuts down means, you would have end up in a hospital with severe injuries.Couldn't start the bike with self start.Please don't.Purchase this bike.I am just stuck with the bike.And moreover the bike model consumes lots of battery power which make the new battery to.Lose its power very soon(lots of sensors, Speedometer sensor, Digital petrol reading, Digital odometer reading, Automatic bs6 headlight lamp which cannot be turned off).Please do not purchase this one.

There are many problems faced by me during 1 year of my experience and the problem is continue.The problems that are faced generally are when the bike is in low speed it automatically off several times and then not start again until and unless it comes in neutral gear again.These problem has not been solved by trained engineers of hero showroom.There are several other problem also like self start button not working properly.There are many problems also some are solved during servicing but some problems are still continue.

Very bad experience of ride.Not comfortable n safe for riding.Also lot of technical problems accoured after only 3 months.Lost faith of hero company.That they have sold this bad bike in india.And myself make mistake of purchase passion pro bs6.They made the common man unsafe on road while riding this bike.
