Q. Which will be better, Renault KWID or Alto K10?
- Don't know about kwid...but for city traffic alto k10 as a beginner s car is good enough. Can also go for little more spacious car like celerio, swift. 3 passengers in rear seat actually feels uncomfortable. It's better to change car after 4 to 5 years. Since roads in Kolkata are worse than average, comfort becomes an issue...Rear seat passengers will be at mercy.Mileage is very good....15kmph (201 model)
- I had the same thought when I bought my K10. In my opinion K10 was better. So bought the K10. Far better built quality, better stability at higher speeds, oil chamber was aluminium instead of plastic, service network more easily available etc. There are many more points but it would make the answer too long but I guess you get the idea.
- Kwid may have more technical features...but alto k10 was way better in terms of power and performance
Q. Is Alto K10 automatic better than Kwid automatic in safety and performance?
- K10 is best safety wise because of built quality but in kwid if u are unfortunate u maybe crushed because of it's size where as in k10 topend model u may get fully loaded music system etc.but if u r ready to furnish much more k10 can be altered with 2 air bags in front hope u like it
- Experience was kwid is new.Learning from experience from customer than preparing the curative plan and post that preparing the preventive plan . by the time preventive plan is prepared you will face.NO idea about safety and performance.
- In terms of safety features, both of the cars stand nowhere near the standard safety measures but if we are comparing these two cars, Alto has an upper hand compared to Kwid as the latter one feels too lightweight while driving.

It a fun to drive around car in and around the city.Average being offered is around 15-20 km/l.Lack of safety options/features(in the model i owne) is an issue.Best part is you can park it even in tight spaces without any hassles.

Renault kwid is very stylish and attractive car.Car size is little small but very useful in traffic areas.Inside car is enough specious to provide us comfortable seating with capacity of 4 passengers.Car's technology features and controls are user-friendly & very easy to use.Car's engine power & mileage is more than enough to provide us good driving experience.Renault is also focus on safety services of kwid.In terms of safety, Kwid come with features likes air-bag, Abs(anti lock braking system) with ebd(electronic brakeforce distribution), Sear belt reminder & speed alert system etc.
