Worat purchase: i was happy when i purchased this bike, Small comfortable for my need.But it turned out a nightmare now.Worst service.When it was under warranty period, Needed to service battery 2 to 3times.They took more than month for battery service.But once 3years over, Battery is gone.They said we must change battery.And we paid advance for battery as well.Its been almost 6 months.No refund of our money and didn't get any battery.Wasted so much time in followups/calls.They only focuon sales, Not services.

Worst vehicle.Poor quality.Worst service.My benling icon model is discontinued.It has got lot of issues.Im getting injured in accidents.It skid alot.Wasted my hard earned money.I'm doomed.Getting spares are difficult.Poor build quality.I don't recommend anyone.

Till the time I didn't took the test ride, i was very apprehensive about electric scooter. But after the test ride, i was fully convinced and immediately started the purchase process. Electric scooters are future of mobility solution in urban and rural India.Low running cost, you can charge it simply at home, ease of maintenance, anyone in the family can ride and above all you are doing your bit for the environment as well.
