For me it was love at first sight. I saw the ad on Facebook and fell for it. I was eagerly waiting for the price to be announced and booked the red one the same day. After more than three months' of waiting I got my hands on the bike on 6th of February. The first thing that struck me during the test-ride was the refinement and absolute quality. The engine offers quite powerful performance and urges you to twist the grip further. Ride quality is excellent. The bike is more suited for long highway rides but it handles quite well in city traffic, except for the slightly large turning radius. The retro looks are simply amazing. I am still in the process of running-in the engine, so I can only say that mileage is in excess of 30 kmpl. The exhaust has a muted roar that is so thrilling both on the highways as well as the city roads. Engine heat is a real problem and I hope it will reduce after the running-in period. 06/03/2020:I got back the bike after the first free service at 1000 kms and the service charge was a mere Rs. 1365. I need to go for a ride and check whether the engine heat has been reduced. I was told by the Service manager that it will come down since the engine oil has been changed from the normal to a synthetic one.

I'm having benelli imperial 400. I'm using this for about an year. It was a ultimate bike of this segment which provides clear road presence and unpackable riding experience apart from its positive side it has some cons too. The availability of spares is very much complicated. I'm having searching clutch cable for more1than 113 weeks but everywhere out of stock. I couldn't match other brand vehicles clutch cable. If anyone having solution please share with me.

It is one of the longest in the segment and give high stability on highway. The engine is very refined and feels most comfortable. It gives decent real world conditions mileage and offers good ride quality but heat management is not good. It gets decent hardware and good braking performance but is a high and bulky bike. It is a feature loaded bike but gives high service cost.

This bike is a real treat to ride, It's quite robusta and it's road presence is next level.It's exhaust sound is music to the ears and it cruise at 90-100 kmph without any effort.Challenges: 1.No service center in many cities where they have sold their bikes and shut down showrooms.2.Heating issue: engine produces immense heat, Its very difficult to ride during summers.3.Pillion seat is real uncomfortable, Very difficult to cover even 50 km.

Bike is good.But technicians who do the servicing of bike those guys are worst.Average cost of servicing is around 8000-10000 but still the problem persist.Facing problem in aundh pune service center.This makes this bike worst.Don't buy this one.You buys this bike and keep paying 10k every month.Reason my bike km is 25000.I use to get the same feedback everytime.I think that is the life of this bike.

Bellini imperial 400 bike made with worst material.All the parts quickly rust, Spare parts also damage quickly.Example wheel spoke damage with in a month, Clutch damage with low kilometer running etc.Simply said it is not worth to buy the product.Benelli customer service also not response.Spare parts also very high cost.

Benelli imperiale 400 writing this review after 5 months and 4500 km.No doubt about the quality and riding comfort up to speeds of 120kmph.However, The mileage promised 32-35 kmpl during the sale is nowhere close to the real-time mileage of 20 kmpl in city rides.Ground clearance is also extremely low and hits the humps without pillion rider also.I have visited the service center twice in the last 5 months but no proper resolution yet.Also on my 1st free service, I was charged rs 2300.This puts me in dilemma whether to continue with this bike or go for others with good mileage and proper after sales support.

Love the bike, As long as you are in a city that has the service center.This is the best bike riding experience, Not gonna lie, There isn’t a very awesome starting thump, Like in sports bikes or jawa, But then once it crosses 100, The smoothness is uncomparable, And the weight stops being an issue right after 30kmph.Turning radius a bit too much, But that is expected from a mammoth of a vehicle that it is.Road presence is exemplary.

I never ride this bike but i want to i love its style engine etc its give about 36kmpl i asked random person own same bike i will deffinetly go for it when i gadther up my savings thank uh
