Bike freezes

My bike royal enfield standard bullet 350 bs-6 does not have any induction on its own and no lights, Indicators are running and the whole bike freezes.

I brought this bike on Oct 19,2020. I ma facing lot of with sensors. When ever I done my water servicing my bike stand sensor will not working properly. And now bike head light also Not working properly....
