Hero Splendor Plus Service Center User Reviews

I brought my hero splendor plus 97 cc at inr 73000 at phoenix hero store in gachibowli.Driving experience and comfort level on my bike have been pretty amazing.Best thing are bike is very light weight for me, Easy to drive on and the comfort level.I haven’t noticed any cons until now.Overall experience has been pretty excellent.Mileage is 60 kmpl which is pretty good.It has both front and rear drum brakes and it also has combined braking system of both wheels.Its weight is approximately 110 kg which is very reasonable.We can either kick start with alloy wheels or self start.Fuel tank capacity is almost 10 litres.I use my bike daily to commute from my home to office which are 5 kms apart.After sales service has been very good as there are couple of hero authorised service centers near me where i already gave my bike for routine maintenance.Also hero has provided a warranty of 5 years for my bike which is very reasonable.I literally had my first two servicings almost for free in the nearby service centersoverall, I’m very much satisfied with performance and services of my bike.I would definitely recommend for any bike enthusiast.

My personal experience is that either hero motocorp a good manufacturer of bike or their service stations are very well, So i will suggest to buy hero bikes.For first 6 free servicing bike was just awesome.But after all free servicing every time i take my bike to any service center they stated to discover many problems like handle ball racer problem, Brake shoes problem, Chain drive problem, Starter motor problems etc.I have never replaced any pary with excuse of not having enough money.I got a doubt in my kind and got checked my bike is a normal garrage and they said everything is fine.So the real problem is with those money saving service centres.

Mai 2 year pahle buy kia hu.Isme starting se lekar aab tak chalte chalte rukne ka problem hai.Service center bale ke pass jane pe v kuch nahi hota.Wo maximum air khol dete hai jishse kum band to hota hai but mileage 35-45 km/l pahuch jata hai.

Poor build quality, Arrogant dealer and service staff, Had to start relying on local mechanics who did a better job than the service center.Total disappointment with hero and their attitude towards customers.
