I bought an hero electric nyx cx er model scooty, Eight months ago and i am extremely dissatisfied.Not only is the battery malfunctioning, But the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble.These issues, Along with the previously mentioned wobbling, Have made the ride uncomfortable and risky.To make matters worse, The customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful.I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

Hi i am from chennai last one year i am using this bike it's good but not safe because when you will die we don't no because of quality.I buy this bike from green wheel ashok nagar branch this people don't no to do service he learn from my bike onlytotally not safe for us because of worth less mechanism.Be ware of accident when will this happen you people not no.Be safe besafe 979****610this is my number i i'll not give advice to buy this kind of bikes.

Plastic fiber material body which looks premium.165km range per charge is what is promised by the company but have to charge it twice to get to that range and in one charge it goes up to 70km.The length of the bike gives alligator looks, Too much stretched but still gives good knee room for the driver.

People had a lot to say about the nyx model, But i think it is adequately a good scooter in terms of price and for long-term use with minimal maintenance.As the pillion seat could be removed to increase or have more storage or luggage-carrying capacity.Though i do wish the top speed could increase.
