Tata Outperforms Hyundai To Take Second Spot February 2024 Sales

Hyundai has registered a 21.3 per cent increase in its sales in the domestic market for the month of September 2015. The company has sold 42,505 units locally and exported 14,030 units with cumulative sales standing at 56,535 units.
Commenting on the sales, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, HMIL, said, " Hyundai grew by 21.3 per cent with its highest-ever monthly domestic sales of 42,505 units in a single month in its last 17 years on the strong performance of its modern premium brands – Creta, Elite i20, i20 Active and Grand, while also registering 14.2 per cent growth in the first-half of this fiscal year.”
Hyundai's current portfolio in India includes the Hyundai Eon, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Grand i10, Hyundai Elite i20, Hyundai Active i20, Hyundai Xcent, Hyundai Verna, Hyundai Creta, Hyundai Elantra, and Hyundai Santa Fe.
Hyundai currently exports to around 85 countries across Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Australia and the Asia Pacific. The carmaker currently has 425 dealers and more than 1,100 service points across India. The company also has a R&D facility in Hyderabad to provide customers with cutting-edge global technology.
