Hero’s New Concept Bike, The Xtreme 1.R, Thinks It’s A Race Machine!

• The concept Xtreme 1R gets an oil-cooled, fuel-injected motor.
• It features USD fork and a monoshock at the rear.
• Gets LED lights, a digital instrument cluster and slick tyres!

Hero was the only Indian bikemaker to unveil something new at EICMA 2019. However, don’t get your hopes high as the Xtreme 1R is just a concept for now. But, it shows us what the future holds for the Xtreme series. 

Being a concept motorcycle, we don’t have any specs or information regarding its hardware, so we might have to wait a bit more for Hero to announce something. However, there are a couple of things that we can find out by looking at the image. First, it’s one of the most aggressive-looking Hero motorcycles ever, which is a good thing considering that future Xtremes will be designed in the same way.

Moreover, it gets LED lights at the front and back, a digital instrument cluster, and weirdly enough, an Arrow exhaust! Now, we know that concept motorcycles are something right off the imagination of the bikemakers, but an Arrow exhaust on a sub-200cc fuel-injected motorcycle, really? What’s more interesting is that it gets slick tyres and a paper-thin seat.
