As we inch towards the facelifted Honda Amaze’s launch on August 18, more details have started to surface. We have now exclusively got our hands on the sub-4 metre sedan’s trim-wise features.
The facelifted Amaze will be offered in three broad trims: E, S, and VX. The third-from-base V, which was offered with the pre-facelift model, has been discontinued. Here’s everything you need to know about the facelifted Amaze’s trims:
E

Powertrains Available: Petrol and diesel manual.
The E is the Amaze’s entry-level trim. It comes with essentials such as:
Halogen headlamps
Incandescent bulbs for tail lamps
Steel wheels
Fabric seat upholstery
Manual air conditioning
Dust and pollen air filter (new)
Multi-info display
Power steering
Front and rear power windows
Drive-side auto up/down window
Dual airbags
ABS with EBD
Rear parking sensors
ISOFIX child-seat mounts
S
Powertrains Available: Petrol manual and CVT; diesel manual
Moving up a step is the mid-spec S trim. It is the only choice if you want a petrol-CVT Amaze in a lower-spec trim. It comes with all the features available in the E as well as:
LED position lights
C-Shaped LED tail lamps (new)
LED indicators on ORVMs
14-inch steel wheel with plastic covers
Leather-wrapped gear knob (manual) (new)
2-DIN infotainment system with USB, AUX and Bluetooth
Steering-mounted audio controls
Four speakers
Keyless entry with central locking
Electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs
Tilt-adjustable steering wheel
Height-adjustable driver’s seat
VX

Powertrains Available: Petrol manual and CVT; diesel manual and CVT
The top-spec VX comes with all the niceties, including:
Auto headlamps with projector LEDs (new)
LED fog lamps (new)
15-inch alloy wheels (same design as fourth-gen City) (new)
Cruise control (MT only)
Paddle shifters (CVT only)
Push button start
7-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay

The sedan continues to utilise the 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines.
