2018 Auto Expo Dates Revealed

The biennial Auto Expo will be held in 2018. The official website has now been updated with the dates for the event.

While the Motor Show will be held from February 9 to 14, 2018, at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, the Components show will be held from February 8 to 11 at the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.

The 2016 edition of the Auto Expo - The Motor Show saw a total of 6.01 lakh footfalls over a period of seven days; a total of 65 exhibitors partook in the event with a total of 108 new vehicles showcased. In total, more than 500+ cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, three-wheelers etc. were showcased last year.

The number of launches at the 2016 Auto Expo -  was relatively low, with manufacturers preferring to launch their products later in the year for maximum effect. The launches included the Audi R8 V10 Plus, BMW 7 Series, BMW X1, Fiat Punto Pure, Jaguar XE, Honda Navi, Triumph Bonneville T120 and Street Twin, UM Renegade range and the Yamaha MT-09.

The 2018 Auto Expo - The Motor Show is expected to be bigger and better than the previous edition, with automakers expected to flock the event with their latest wares.
