Mercedes-Benz India has launched the 2023 GLE facelift luxury SUV on our shores from Rs 96.4 lakh (ex-showroom). The premium SUV is available to buy in three variants (two petrol, one diesel) and two broad trims. This update for the GLE packs a very minor design refresh as well as updated technology and features.
Here’s a quick look at the variant-wise prices:

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE’s exterior design alterations are very minor. The front features a modified bumper, a new single-slat grille, and updated LED headlight elements as the sole updates. The vehicle's profile remains unchanged, save for the new alloys. And shifting to the rear, there are slight revisions to the rear bumpers and taillights.

On the inside, once again, the alterations here are quite minimal. The dashboard layout remains unchanged, although there is a new steering wheel and chrome-finished air vents. The screens now operate on the most recent version of Mercedes' advanced MBUX infotainment system. In keeping with Mercedes' tradition, the electric seat controls are integrated into the door panel and the ambient lighting looks wicked, especially at night.

In terms of features, the GLE gets a 4-zone climate control system, an electric tailgate, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, panoramic sunroof, Burmester 3D sound system and electrically adjustable front seats with memory function, heating and ventilation. The safety package will encompass nine airbags, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), traction control, and several Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features such as blind spot monitoring.

The updated GLE is available to buy in three variants: GLE 300 d, GLE 450 d, and GLE 450. You get to pick from a choice of two diesel and one petrol engine, all of them available with mild-hybrid tech. Here’s a brief look at their specifications:
