The 2023 GLE facelift is one of the newest Mercedes-Benz cars to go on sale on our shores. Priced from Rs 96.4 lakh (ex-showroom), you can order the premium SUV in three variants and two broad trims. And in this report, we are going to find out if Mercedes' luxury SUV is “giant friendly” by asking the tallest man in our office to give it a go.

India gets the long-wheelbase version of the GLE, which has a 2995mm wheelbase. Yes, it is mighty comfortable for most people and has acres of rear seat space. But how does it fare for very tall people? To find that out, we asked our Associate Editor, Tushar Kamath, who is 6’5” tall, to give it a go both in the front and rear seats .

This is the first midlife update for this iteration of the GLE, which gets a minor design refresh as well as updated tech and features.
