Special editions truly make a car feel even more special, even if it's a Range Rover! Land Rover has now unveiled the Range Rover Sport SV Carbon ahead of its official global debut on August 13, 2025 at Range Rover House during Monterey Car Week. The Range Rover Sport SV Black was also revealed recently, making the SV Carbon the second special edition within a span of around a month. Ahead of its debut, let’s take a close look at the special edition…
As with most special editions, the design tweaks are just cosmetic and the overall design language remains the same. However, the detailing of the SV Carbon looks gorgeous and makes the SUV look more attractive than before. The SV Carbon gets a special colour palette that includes four new hues in addition to the regular colour options. It comes with Forged Carbon exterior pack that sports stealthy carbon fibre detailing for a sportier effect. The same detailing is also done around the active quad exhausts.

Buyers can also get the twill carbon finish, highlighted by distinctive diagonal weave pattern, and exposed carbon fibre on the bonnet.
While the Range Rover Sport SV Carbon comes with lightweight 23-inch forged alloy wheels complemented by Anodised Black brake calipers, buyers can also get the ultra-lightweight 23-inch Carbon Fibre Wheels. For stronger braking performance, carbon ceramic brakes with blue, yellow, carbon bronze and black options are also available.

The interior comes with four different themes that truly offer a premium vibe inside. You get perforated Windsor Leather seats in Ebony, Rosewood/Ebony, and Light Cloud/Ebony. Those who are looking for leather-free options, can go for the Grey/Ebony seats that are manufactured from perforated, Ultrafabrics material.

Moreover, you also get carbon detailing on the seatbacks and dashboard, with a Twill Carbon finish also available. Furthermore, you also get exclusive chrome detailing and SV illuminated treadplates.
Top features include a 13.7-inch infotainment system, 22-way electrically adjustable front-row seats, heating and ventilation function for seats, a 13.1-inch digital driver display, ambient lighting, and 29-speaker Meridian sound system. It also gets safety features like ADAS, 360-degree camera, and front and rear parking.
The Range Rover Sport SV is powered from a 4.4-litre twin-turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine that makes 635 PS and 750 Nm. It sprints from 0-100 kmph in about 3.5 seconds, and has a top speed of slightly over 300 kmph. Its high-speed credentials are supported by the superior 6D Dynamics suspension system.
We expect Land Rover to open the order books for the special edition by the end of 2025. The SV Carbon will provide a more exclusive ownership experience to buyers who are looking for something unique. Bespoke exterior and interior tweaks make sure that it stands out from the standard mode. What do you think about the Range Rover SV Carbon? Let us know in the comments section.
