Tata Curvv EV: What Features Does Each Variant Get?

After a long wait, the Tata Curvv EV has finally been launched with prices starting from Rs 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for the all-electric SUV coupe will officially open from August 12, while it has already arrived at select dealerships across our country. The Curvv EV is offered in five broad variants: Creative, Accomplished, Accomplished + S, Empowered +, and Empowered + S, and here is what features each of them offer.

Tata Curvv EV Creative Variant

Price (ex-showroom): 

Creative 45 - Rs 17.49 lakh

45 kWh battery pack coupled to 150 PS/215 Nm electric motor

With the entry-level Creative variant of the Tata Curvv EV, you will get

You won't feel any compromise with the Creative variant, as it not only comes equipped with essential features but also gets amenities like automatic climate control, smartphone connectivity, and vehicle to load charging technology. However, keep in mind that the Creative variant can only be opted with a 45 kWh battery pack that delivers a claimed range of 502 km.

Tata Curvv EV Accomplished Variant

Price (ex-showroom): 

• Accomplished 45 - Rs 18.49 lakh

• Accomplished 55 - Rs 19.25 lakh

• 45 kWh battery pack coupled to 150 PS/215 Nm electric motor

Over the Creative variant, here’s what you will get with the Accomplished variant of the Tata Curvv EV

With the Accomplished variant, you get additional features like fast type-C charging ports, larger 10.25-inch infotainment unit and digital driver's display, and an upgraded 8-speaker sound system. This variant also offers you an additional option for a 55 kWh battery pack, which delivers a claimed range of 585 km.

Tata Curvv EV Accomplished + S Variant

Accomplished + S 45 - Rs 19.29 lakh

Accomplished + S 55 - Rs 19.99 lakh

Over the Accomplished variant, Accomplished + S variant features

Apart from a panoramic sunroof, the Accomplished + S variant mainly provides a safety upgrade with features such as a 360-degree camera system, front parking sensors, and a blind spot monitoring system.

Tata Curvv EV Empowered + Variant

Over the Accomplished + S variant, here’s what you get with the Empowered + variant

The Empowered + variant comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels and includes features such as ambient lighting, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and powered and ventilated seats. This variant also brings the Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS), which warns pedestrians as the vehicle approaches them. However, with the Empowered + variant, you can no longer configure the Curvv EV with the 45 kWh battery pack option.

The Empowered + variant extends to the Empowered + A variant, which apart from gesture control for the electric tailgate, includes nothing but Level-2 ADAS features such as forward collision warning, traffic sign recognition, and rear collision warning.
