The 2023 Japan Motor Show has been kickstarted and Suzuki is making a splash with its hot unveilings. Along with the Swift concept, Suzuki has showcased a more evolved version of the India-bound eVX concept, which first debuted at Auto Expo 2023. This is also the first time we are getting to see its interior. So without further ado, let's dive into the details.

The Suzuki eVX boasts a sleek cabin design, incorporating a dual integrated display system reminiscent of Mercedes' style for both driver information and infotainment. The dashboard is adorned with four vertical slats that mirror the appearance of vertically oriented AC vents, and the central console maintains a minimalistic aesthetic, featuring touch controls for key functions.

In addition, you also get a two-spoke steering wheel that bears a resemblance to a yoke. The concept also incorporates a rotary knob located in the lower central console, which appears to function as a drive selector. Previously, interior images of the eVX prototype surfaced online, allowing for a closer examination of these features in real-life.

Along with revealing the interior, Suzuki has also showcased a more evolved version of the eVX’ exterior. The front sports a closed-off grille, robust bumpers, new LED headlights, and daytime running lights (DRLs) incorporating a triangular motif. On the vehicle's sides, you'll find substantial wheel arches accommodating large wheels and a streamlined profile with seamlessly integrated door handles. The design is completed with sleek, connected tail lamps featuring a three-part emblem.

While detailed technical specifications for the Suzuki eVX have not yet been revealed, the concept showcased featured a dual-motor setup with all-wheel drive. That coupled with a 60kWh battery pack is said to provide an estimated range of 550km.

The Suzuki eVX is set to become the carmaker's inaugural all-electric vehicle available for purchase in the Indian market, and the production model is anticipated to make its debut around 2025. Priced at an estimated Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom), it will rival the MG ZS EV and the BYD Atto 3.
