  • Q. Should I wait for Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6? I am confused regarding the vibration issues and engine performance. Is it going to upgrade or not?

    I think it is worth the wait for the engine with fuel injection technology, and the possibility of getting a fuel gauge. It is also quite possible that you will get better fuel economy with fuel injection. Also, you will feel better about riding a bike which is better for the environment. Plus, RE is bound to make positive changes in the new model, to remain competitive with the likes of Jawa, Benelli Imperiale 400 and the upcoming retro cruisers from Honda, Kawasaki and Classic Legends.

    I don't face any vibration issue with my bike, you might want to wait for BS6, but that will start after April 2020 I believe. If you can wait then wait otherwise you can go for existing bikes... There is always a better version.. but time matters. I personally feel that I should have bought the bike long ago... I regret but can't help :) but if you're young can wait..then wait..but Don't wait forever.

    It vibrates only after 100kmph. and thankfully there are very few roads where you can hit 100 or above, and yes if you can wait for bs6 you should, and engine performance is not an issue, i only think about Enfield when i think about long ride and tough terrain. i own classic 350 lagoon, it's 2016 model almost 50,000km till date, and no serious issue as such. RE is good choice go for it.

    I have driven this bike more than 30k km.It is the king of all cruiser bike that's come under mid-range it's mileage is approx 35-40 km/litre.It's servicing cost is 700 it's built quality is the best ever i've seen.It goes 30-40 km/h on first gear.349 cc engine is very massive.
