    Not necessarily, the bike will vibrate only when it is above 65-70 kmh, some little vibrations are also felt between 50-60 kmh but it is normal. If it vibrates below 45 kmh then there is a problem with your engine. Take it to the service centre and tell them to fix the issue if the vibrations occur below 45kmh. Hope this helps!!!!

    After 60kmph foot rests vibrate and handle also light vibrate

    Yes only after 90km speed
