The Aprilia Tuono 457 is a streetfighter offering from Aprilia based on the Aprilia RS 457. It comes with a new design that looks very similar to the higher capacity offerings from the manufacturer.
The bike was recently spotted testing in Europe and here’s all we have been able to learn about it so far.
Powering the Aprilia Tuono 457 is the same 457cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine from the Aprilia RS 457. It produces 46.7PS at 9400rpm and 43.5Nm at 6700rpm.
In terms of underpinnings, the Tuono 457 is built on a steel tubular frame and is suspended on an inverted fork at front and offset monoshock in the rear. It rolls on 17-inch alloys with a similar design to the ones used in RS 457. Braking is handled by front and rear discs.
The bike competes with the KTM Duke 390, QJ Motor SRK 400 and the Yamaha MT-03.
