Hai, I have a optima about two and half years.I am fully satisfied in my scooter, And service center also good.I haven't any complaint with my shooter between these two years.I ride my scooter above 20000 kilo meters.I give my scooter 4/5 stars.

Worst service

Worst service i have purchased optima ev some time after battery problem has been occur i went to service centre they have six month for replacement, Outer plastic body is not good, Shoker leakage problem service center reply that the part of optima ev is not coming for a long time.This way my warranty is also expired.All over is very bed optima service.
