Volvo’s upcoming V90 Cross Country was spotted testing recently and now its actual pictures have been revealed thanks to a leaked brochure.
From the leaked pictures, one can infer that the Cross Country will have a higher ground clearance than the normal car and will also come with added body cladding and chunkier wheels like most Volvo Cross Country vehicles.
It will be based on the same Volvo SPA (Scalable Product Architecture) as the normal V90 and will be powered by the same engines as well. The V90 Cross country will have all-wheel drive as standard.
The interiors of the V90 Cross Country will also be identical to the standard V90 and will continue to have a 12.3 inch adaptive digital display.

Internationally, the car will compete with the Audi A6 All Road Quattro and is expected to be launched sometime next year. Estate cars are not very common in the Indian market but with the added dose of practicality and luxury, we can expect them to work well in our country in the future.
Volvo also launched the S60 Cross Country in India recently. It is powered by a 2.4-litre 5-cylinder diesel engine which produces around 190PS of power and comes with all-wheel-drive as standard.
We drove the same recently; click here to read our review of the S60 Cross Country.
