Kia, a brand that has had many new launches in the past year or so, has given full GST benefits to customers. The Korean marque offers a diverse range of vehicles from subcompact SUVs to mass-market and luxury MPVs. Kia cars are known for providing top-notch features and multiple powertrains, and now, with revised GST rates, the cars have become even more value-for-money.
Here are the top 5 Kia cars that offer plenty of savings under GST 2.0, reducing the ex-showroom prices by a significant amount!
Let’s begin…
The Kia Carnival luxury MPV now gets benefits of up to Rs 4.49 lakh, making it an even stronger value proposition for those seeking space, comfort, and premiumness. The current price for the Carnival is Rs 59.42 lakh (ex-showroom).
Feature highlights of the Carnival include dual 12.3-inch displays, powered driver and co-driver seats, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, ventilated front and middle row seats, multi-colour ambient lighting, Level-2 ADAS, and a 360-degree camera. Under the hood, the Carnival gets a powerful 2.2-litre diesel engine paired with an automatic transmission.

The most premium and feature-loaded subcompact SUV, the Syros, also gets the highest GST benefits in its segment, featuring a price cut of up to Rs 1.86 lakh (ex-showroom). Prices for the Syros now range from Rs 8.67 lakh to Rs 15.94 lakh. Compared to its closest rivals like the Tata Nexon or Mahindra XUV 3XO, the Syros’ price cut is higher by around Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000.
The Syros is loaded to the gills with a plethora of premium features that make you feel like you are in a much more expensive car. The top ones include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front and rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, level-2 ADAS, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, and front, side, and rear parking sensors.
The Syros comes with a turbo-petrol engine and a diesel unit, available with both manual and automatic options.

Kia’s entry-level SUV, the Sonet is ranked second in terms of GST benefits on Kia SUVs, with a price reduction of up to Rs 1.64 lakh (ex-showroom). The subcompact SUV remains a feature-rich option for smaller families, and its prices now range from Rs 7.3 lakh to Rs 14 lakh.
The Sonet’s top features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car features, a 360-degree camera, level-1 ADAS, a branded audio system, and ventilated seats.
Like the Syros, the Sonet also comes with both petrol and diesel options, but also gets the more affordable naturally aspirated petrol engine. You also get manual and automatic options. However, unlike some of its rivals, it does not offer a CNG option.

The recently launched updated version of the Kia Clavis, known as the Carens Clavis, also gets significant benefits under the updated GST rates. Priced from Rs 11.08 lakh to Rs 20.71 lakh (ex-showroom), you get benefits of up to Rs 79,000 on the Clavis. The Clavis was already a greatly valuable option, and now it appears to be even more tempting in the MPV segment.
The Clavis gets a lot of premium features to pamper you, including a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, cruise control, level-2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, an air purifier, and an 8-speaker Bose sound system, which is common across most Kia cars.
The Clavis gets petrol and diesel options, including two petrol engine options. Save for the entry-level petrol option, the other engine options get both manual and automatic transmissions. Kia also recently launched the Carens Clavis EV; however, the EV does not get price cuts.

Kia’s most popular SUV might not see a big price cut when compared to the Sonet and the Syros, but you still end up saving a lot, and by a lot we mean up to Rs 75,000 . The Seltos’ price ranges from Rs 10.79 lakh to Rs 19.81 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Seltos’ top features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone climate control, connected car features, a 360-degree camera, level-2 ADAS, powered seats, a wireless phone charger, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated seats.
The Seltos comes with a naturally aspirated petrol engine, a turbo-petrol engine, and a diesel unit.

From the premium Carnival that now saves buyers over Rs 4 lakh, to the Sonet that becomes an even stronger value-for-money choice around Rs 10 lakh, Kia has ensured that its entire lineup gets more accessible. The Syros in particular becomes a no-brainer now with around a 10 percent price reduction. Even the newly launched Clavis and the immensely popular Seltos benefit from these GST cuts, strengthening Kia’s appeal across body styles and budgets.
In short, whether you’re a first-time car buyer or upgrading to a premium SUV/MPV, Kia has a deal waiting for you. The best thing is that these GST cuts make car buying easier and lighter on the pocket, especially for those on tight budgets. Kia offers some great value-for-money options right from as low as around Rs 8 lakh to Rs 25 lakh in the mass-market segment and Rs 60 lakh in the luxury segment.
