Bentley’s First Residential Tower Coming Up In Miami

• The 60-storey residential tower will have more than 200 apartments.

Of course, the company also makes furniture, and extremely costly ones at that. But now, the carmaker is set to usher in the premium Bentley experience to your drawing room, literally. 

Welcome to Bentley Residences. 

Yes, you read that right. The luxury carmaker, in partnership with Dezer Development, is working on developing its first Bentley-branded residential tower at Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, USA. The 60-storey tower will be an imposing 749ft tall, and its 200+ apartments will have either an ocean or a bayside view.

In true Bentley fashion, the residential tower will be comfort and elegance personified. Some amenities include a private balcony, pool, sauna, gym, spa, bar, and restaurant, and outdoor shower. The interiors will be made from sustainable materials, with first-rate finishes on display.      

Of these, two features that stand out are the patented car elevator and multi-car garage for each apartment.

That said, premium living has to come at, well, a premium. For all the magnificence and dazzle, you will likely shell out a huge sum. Bentley expects construction to start by 2023 and get the residential tower ready for occupancy by 2026.
