Volkswagen India has launched an Exclusive Edition for the Tiguan SUV. This special edition comes packing with dealer-level cosmetic fitments, and the best part is, at no extra cost. So like the standard SUV, the Exclusive Edition will set you back by Rs 33.5 lakh (ex-showroom). These are the extras that you’ll get with your premium midsize SUV:

18-inch, five-split-spoke alloy rims
Dynamic hubcaps that keep the logo upright even while wheels are spinning
Stainless steel loading sill protection
Aluminum pedals
Exclusive badges (exterior and interior)
Cushions with ‘Exclusive’ embossing

All welcome additions, but there’s one catch - as per VW’s website, you can book this Exclusive Edition with either just Pure White or Oryx White schemes. Bizarre, considering that these are dealer-level fitments and we wished this edition was offered with other colour options such as blue, black, and red.

No other changes have been made to the Volkswagen Tiguan Exclusive Edition. It continues to be powered by a 190PS, 2-litre turbo-petrol engine, driving all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch auto ‘box.
