The Mini Countryman JCW has been launched at Rs 64.90 lakh(ex-showroom) while Skoda has launched the Octavia RS for Rs 49.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Do note that both are imported as CBU(Completely Built-up Unit) models and therefore available in limited units. In fact, the Octavia RS has been sold out already! However, chances are that Skoda could bring in more units of the sedan. On the other hand, the JCW version of the Countryman is launched on October 14.

In terms of dimensions, the Octavia RS is significantly longer and lower than the Countryman, giving it a sportier sedan stance and more aerodynamic proportions. A key difference is that the Octy is an FWD sedan, while the Countryman JCW is an AWD SUV.
