Skoda’s premium 7-seater SUV, the Kodiaq has been quietly removed from Skoda India's website, signaling that this flagship SUV is no longer available for sale in the country. If you were hoping to book one, you're out of luck. The Kodiaq’s last update came in January 2022 with a facelift, and it was offered via CKD (completely knocked down) route. Has Skoda finally bid farewell to its flagship SUV in India?

Well, not exactly. Skoda is all set to introduce the new-generation Kodiaq SUV in India by May 2025. The Czech automaker first revealed the new Kodiaq globally in 2024, and it made its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The new Kodiaq features sleeker LED headlights, new 20-inch alloys, and C-shaped connected LED taillights. Inside, it boasts a revamped dashboard design with a 13-inch touchscreen and physical dials for key functions. Skoda will likely offer the new Kodiaq with multiple powertrain options.
