The day is almost here! Ola Electric is all set to deliver its first lot of S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters tomorrow. Both Ola Electric and Bhavish Aggarwal (CEO, Ola) have taken to social media to announce the first lot of scooters is on its way to respective delivery addresses.
And before you look past these claims (thanks to previous instances), even some customers have confirmed that their scooters are indeed arriving at their homes tomorrow.
Surprisingly, according to the video posted, it seems the first lot of scooters will be delivered with two half-face helmets and a charger, free of cost. We believe this could be Ola’s way of thanking its customers for their patience.

To wrap up, the Ola S1 and S1 Pro retail at Rs 99,999 and Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom Delhi). For the money, the Ola S1 packs class-leading power figures and top-notch features like a TFT instrument cluster, USB charging, cruise control, and reverse mode.
However, when we rode the Ola S1, it was the riding dynamics that hooked us more than its performance, which still required a bit of fine-tuning. You can read all about it in our first ride review.
In the market, the Ola S1 goes against the TVS iQube Electric, the Ather 450X, and the soon-to-arrive Simple Energy One.
